OKIO Shipping Policy

We offer free delivery on orders over £40 to our UK customers only.

UK Delivery

We use Royal Mail as our main courier operator to send our parcels within the UK.

You can choose among the following options:

Royal Mail Tracked 48 - Expected to deliver within 2 to 3 working days

Royal Mail Tracked 24 - Expected to deliver within 1 to 2 working days

Your order is usually dispatched within 24 hr (excluding week-ends and bank holidays). You will be notified of dispatch of your order by email.

International shipping

All orders are shipped using Tracked International Service. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
